Do I need to book an appointment or can I just walk in?

We suggest that you call us and book an appointment for a date and time that works for you. If you do choose to walk in, please be warned that there might be a significant waiting time as preference will be given for those who have a confirmed booking.

Do you offer bulk billing?

Yes, we do offer bulk billing for those with valid Medicare cards. Please note that depending on the service, there might be additional costs involved. For more information on this, feel free to call us on 02 9572 7777

I’m a new patient, how do I register?

The registration process for new patients is quick and easy. When you come in for your appointment, you will be given a registration form to fill out and hand over at the front desk. It only takes a few minutes to complete.

Do you offer medical services for the elderly?

Yes, we do. At Forum Skin and Medical Centre, our doctors are highly skilled and experienced with treating patients from babies to the elderly. So, no matter what your age, you can come to us and we’ll be happy to help you with your health.

I’m concerned about my privacy.

Don’t be. We take the utmost care to keep your information private and confidential. Your health is your business and no one else’s. So, when you come to us, you can rest assured that your medical records and personal information will be secure.

Can I call to discuss my test results?

If you’re awaiting your test results, give us a call and our support staff will advise you on when the results will be available. Unfortunately, we cannot provide results over the phone for security purposes. We request that you book an appointment to discuss the results with the doctor.

I need a referral.

If you need a referral to see a specialist, you can book an appointment with one of our GPs, who’ll discuss your situation and then provide you with the referral.

I need a medical certificate for work.

If you’re ill and need a medical certificate for work, you will need to book an appointment and see a doctor for the same. Please note that medical certificates cannot be backdated. So, make sure you see the doctor on the date for when you need it and not later.
